Please help ID proof / mark on a Cooey 82

Have a Cooey 82 with the Broad Arrow stamp on the receiver, bolt, and stock. The stock also has a rack number (746 should it be yours) and a mark that looks like a "M" or "W" with the two center legs connected to form an "A". What does this mark signify?

PS any hints on the thread pitch/size of the rear sight or where to find a screw for the rear sight is also appreciated.
