Please help me with the value of a few older firearms

I got a few firearms from my uncle. They have been in his basement for about 10 years now. The bores don't look too bad, some look like they can be cleaned up. Not sure if they worth anything, or just sell them as parts guns? Thanks for any info guys.

Approximate value for the following firearms in good condition;
Cooey 75. $110. Shooters Choice has a couple on their web site for that price.
Winchester 74. Between $150-$170
Hawken $150
Cooey 82. Between $300 to $450 for civilian model, maybe more if there are military markings (up to $650).
Iver Johnson is pretty much a wall hanger $80. The trigger on mine broke also.lol. Someone gave it to me for free because of the broken trigger.
Marlin 81 looks like it is still a shooter. I just picked up a model 81dl with a Doppler rear sight and Globe front sight in excellent condition for $200. Sights alone is worth close to $100. Your base model 81 would be $160 on a good day.
And the 395 is a parts gun. At best bolt action shot guns are $140 max. Stores like General Guns, SFRC and Lake Huron have at lease one good example in their inventory and they value them at around $100 but because yours have a broken stock, I will say $70 as a parts gun.

Hope this helps. This is just my opinion and it is solely based on the fact that I own all of the same firearms but all in excellent condition. I know what I paid for them and if someone offers you a ridiculous price for anyone of them, take the money and run and I will be more than happy to concede that I was wrong about the price.

Only one that I find completely out to lunch is the model 82. Full military stamped with its original peep sight could bring $400. $250 on the high end for a non military one. Yes I've owned quite a number of these over the last few years so I know the current market value.

If in fact the list is "from the top" then the Cooey 82 is the 4th firearm in the picture, so it is missing the fore stock, which makes it worth a bit less than suggested by HuntingBear.

But I think the 82 is the first one the more I look at it and the 75 is the 4th one.....

Also as noted it is missing the peep sight which also devalues it.

The full stock rifle is an 82, and even with the peep sight missing, is worth nearer $250 than $100, and perhaps a bit more if the broad arrow Canadian military stamp is present on the stock. PM me if you decide to sell it.

Probably between 150 and 275 each for the working guns. None of them are particularly valuable, but the cooys have a cult following.

Its a nostalgia thing for me. An 82 is the rifle that started me on this path back in the 60s, but I didn't realize how poor that particular one was until I began shooting a #7 LE a couple of years later. I would like to find an unbutchered example that shoots.
