If I gave my son-in-law a present like that for X-Mas and he sold it shortly thereafter, I'd be tempted to kick his behind and go looking for a new son-in-law !!!

I don;t think he would have an issue with it. He dosn't know where it came from he didn't know what it was and wanted to get it out of his house.
It was also not a present, we were discussing some of the new firearms I owned, and he wanted to show me something he had in his closet to see if i knew what it was. He game it to me that night and I picked it up a few days later once I told him what I found out from CGN.

Just for fun, I do have two chamber inserts. One for .22 and the other uses shotgun primers and a .22 airgun pellet. (the inserts are rifled.)
Unfortunately the fellow who sent them to me didn't include his address on the instruction sheet. The odd part is that they were sent at no charge!
