Can you tell me which 99 this .300 is, just says 99, lever lock, factory drilled, brass rotor 73288X Chicopee Falls. Thanks a lot!

IMHO its was made in 1951 probably a model E or EG. To know more I'd need to see the front sight up close and the bbl length. It's a nice specimen. Wanna send it to me to keep my .308 company?

They can tell you the date it was manufactured.

I think that may be a 99R.

Looks like an F to me.

It is a 99R. 99F has a slimmer forend and was not introduced until 1955.
