All we can tell you is it was made in 1940. The other bunch of numbers will be of much greater help.

And As mentioned, post a pic of the headstamp and one of the case overall. Add a small ruler with clear markers for a size reference.

I'd pay $30 for it (it's what I could afford), but I havea feeling it's probably worth more to a serious collector.

I'd expect to see 50 to 80 at a flea market on it, but that's just a "pull a number out of my hat" guess.
