Dude it's not that hard. Sturdy bench a bit of reading, some nuts bolts and a bit of time. After that tweak as you go! It's not rocket science and there are a million YouTube vids, even the mfg'er will give you some info in a starter reload kit ! Enjoy, have fun and learn as you go...no need to pay someone, shoot they may not set it up as well as you would or could.

Here is a set of videos showing the setup and loading of pistol ammo with a Lee 50th Anniversary kit.
The basics are the same no matter what kit you go with.
Where I would upgrade is the scale to an electronic one.
A quality electronic scale should be powered at all times and never auto shut off.
It should be placed on a sturdy table in a temperature stable environment away from drafts, florescent lights and cell phones.
A set of check weights should also be purchased.

I am a fan of Lee dies. In my opinion they have the best decapping pins in the business.
There is more than enough knowledge in this forum to help you along the way.
The 3rd video is in the next post since the forum only allows 2 videos per post.

Read all you can about it. And if you have questions they're are a lot of very knowledgeable people on here to help. I asked my fair share of questions here when I started out and was never steered in the wrong direction.

Start with a single press. It will help you understand the basics and get good at it. Progress from there. Stick to the same brands when buying parts except when it's a stand alone tool.

Some best practices. My opinion of course.
Get a wet tumbler.
Get a RCBS chargemaster
Get all consumables in the same lot. I.e. bullets, brass, powder, primer. Dont mix and match.
Get a solid and sturdy bench
Get the latest reloading book

Record everything for cost benefit analysis and others.

Buy the abc's of reloading and read it cover to cover. Then start off with simple inexpensive equipment, don't invest too much at first because your tastes and opinions will definitely change with experience. what are you trying to start loading? rifle, pistol, or shotgun?
