Have this bolt that would like to sell on exchange forum and would be better if had some knowledge of model. It does have a serial on top front. Help would be appreciated. Thanks

It almost looks like an adulterated T0Z bolt to me. A picture of the rear part of the bolt from the other side would be helpful.
 
Well, I've had allot of bolt guns over the years, so I could list what that bolt ISN'T from. :) Since that won't help, I'll let someone else chime in.
 
It is quite possible it hasn't been altered. Other than the back end, it bears a strong resemblance to the bolts that fit the Russian TOZ 17. I wasn't sure with your first photos, but the last ones confirm it for me.
