The only S&W's chambered in .32 caliber that are eligible for antique status are the "Old Model" No. 2 Army and Model 1 & 1/2 in .32 rimfire, .32-44 Target models and anything chambered in the .320 revolving carbine round.
Just going by barrel length alone I'd say these guns aren't either of the last two, and based off your model/SN statements I don't think they are No. 2's either. S&W made quite a few top-breaks, if they are prohibs their prices will vary wildly - I have seen poor and/or broken examples go for under $50 and other models have sold closer to $400. I purchased a 4th Model SA/DA .32 Top Break last year that has around 90% original nickel finish and British proofs for a bit under $200.
Will need to see some photos to give much more judgement than this, are you able to access the guns or get pictures of them posted here?
