Hey guys have a new Stainless barrel in 7mm. Just wondering what they are worth. Might decide to sell!

If you had provided even the most basic of information, perhaps we could have helped a bit.

- is it a Rem barrel, or something else threaded for the 700?
- you said it's "brand new" (meaning it has no shots through it), but is it "take-off", or never mounted?
- length?
- chambered in? 7mm-08, 7mm Rem Mag, 7mm STW, 7mm RUM?
- twist rate?
- fluted?

Rem 700 "take-off" barrels generally go for up to about $150. I have paid as little as $50 and as much as $125.

Since we are on this, I have a remington ss in 7-08 , from a BDL, still grouped sub MOA upon removal. 9 1/4 twist.
Used but not abused. 22"

what is it worth and what should I do with it?

Thanks Andy, ya know I am a nice guy asking a basic question. If I did not provide you with enough info then tell me what you need to answer or if it's not enough and can't answer, than don't respond. Don't know why if you wanted to help and spend the time to respond, there is a need to start with a negative statement.

How did you get a Remington barrel that was never mounted? Wasn't aware that Remington would sell a barrel.
Anyway, detached, unfired Remington barrels seem to sell for between $50 and $150, as mentionned.
You could put it in the EE with whatever price on that you wanted, and then see if it sells.
