I think the reason they call it .366 Wagner is to honour a man in the Yukon (these are customs headstamp brass).

The 9.3x62 was originated from German gunmaker Otto Bock so some might call it .366 Bock so I think its just a matter how you prefer to call it but its the same caliber.
