Just a new colored LED Flashlight really ... no reason it wouldn't be legal on it's own.

Using it to hunt with would be another question entirely ... I'm fairly sure there are Reg's making "Spotlighting" animals illegal.

Is there anything other than Racoon that we can hunt after Sunset? I can't think of anything off the top of my head.

Seen lots of people hunt yotes @ night. Legal? not sure. Tolerated by locals? Absolutely.
