PLEASE what is the best quality 1911 .45 THANK YOU

Figure out what features you want, what your budget is and go from there... if you can afford to blow $3k on a single 1911, by all means do! I personally would like a Baer.
 
If you're looking for the hardest frame currently available, get a Norc and have it worked on by a 'smith who's familiar with Norcs (Armco or Dlask or Dark, to name a few) you'll end up with a long lasting 1911 that is exactly what you want.
