Hello
My question to you ALL is WHY, why paint your AR15 style rifle then later decide you want to sell it. Just because you like the camo pattern does NOT mean others do BUT yet I still see them here in the EE section with some high prices wanted. Yes better quality rifles BUT it`s finish has been really affected, in my opinion. Like taking an Italian Sports car; Lambo, Ferrari and hand brush/spray can painting over the factory paint job then later trying to sell it. Sure it`s a Great car BUT you really hurt it with your paint job.
I just can`t believe that Yes the brand of rifle is a Good maker BUT after the paint job, how does one justify the asking price?
To strip the paint means lots of work with chemicals that might effect the plastics and get into where they should not be. Also would they possibly have an effect on the factory paint/ finish as well.
Just my thoughts, what say you ALL ?
