In Migratory Birds Hunting Regulations, 2014–2015: Quebec, there is one regulation as follow:

In Districts C, D, E and F, hunting for Canada Geese and Cackling Geese is allowed only on farmland.

What does it mean?

Does it mean that in the above-mentioned districts, you could not shoot Canada Geese other than on farmland, what you can do is just let them go if you are not hunting on farmland?

Just wanna make sure.

Thanks

To me, it looks like that restriction only applies from September 1st - 12th for C, D, and E, and from September 6th - 19th for F.
