Cast bullet loads for your 9.3x74R must be very rare. I've gone through all my loading manuals, all my Handloader's Digests and my Gun Digests from 1998 to 2003 (my older Gun Digests are in storage) - no cast bullet loads.
What I suggest you could try is using data for a similar size cartridge, starting with lower loads and working up to a load you are happy with.
The Lee Modern Reloading Manual 2nd Edition says that your 9.3x74R case has "useful case capacity" of 4.35 cc. The .35 Whelen has a "useful case capacity" of 4.12 cc. The Lee book doesn't have loads for IMR 4759.
The Lyman #47 has a starting load for the .35 Whelen of 31 grs SR 4759 with the 204 gr bullet.
25 grs SR 4759 with the 280 gr bullet.
