PLS REMOVE _ Hi All; Wondering about improving quality on Marlin lever action rifles. Having owned a couple Remlins, I'm well aware of some of the quality issues regarding fit / finish / action / etc. However, after stopping by a store today and inspecting a few recently delivered 1895s and a 336, I note that the actions are slicker and quieter, the trigger pull improved, and the fit and finish good. Not great, but good with no noticeable issues. For the price, i think the rifles looked very attractive.
Anyone have any insights into the quality issues and whether they have been addressed with recent productions?
