pmags in stock at reliable

Might as well buy from IrunGuns and save 5 bucks. Gen 3 mags as well.
LOL the first mags I bought were from jason at irunguns, the pin job was on the total opposite side that it should be and didn't fit without me doing heavy countersinking to the point where the integrity of the pin is compromised because of how thin the plastic is. waste of mags and waste of money. oh and literally right after I bought my rifle from him he drops the price 300$ and I email him about it and he said blah blah sorry nothing I can do.

most likely they will be fine. it was just unfortunate because they were my first pmags I ever bought and I had to go out and buy a riveter and then learned the hard way not to use stainless rivets. the bright side is I'm pretty handy when it comes to pinning them now. I repin all the ones I buy except I didn't have to repin the gen 3's I bought from CTCS...the guy who pins their mags is amazing.

I am new to the AR scene (in fact it hasn't even come in yet) but I have five Gen 3 PMAG 20s from Jason at Irunguns. It just occured to me that they are pinned on the front. Is this for sure an issue? Should I be sending these back?

I would, I just didn't want to waste time or money shipping them back to him. That sucks his pin guy messed up the 20's too, I have the 30's.

The one on the left is a pmag that I repinned with a countersunk rivet which is on the proper side which has the channel in the magwell. the two on the right are the ones I purchased from jason and repinned with countersunk rivets just to be able to seat. they would not originally seat because he had button rivets sticking out on the front side.

Why would buy pinned twenty and thirty mags when you can buy lar mags? Just curious
preference and other reasons. I have lar mags as well but for some matches lar mags aren't allowed, I can also reload faster with pmags compared to uncoupled lar mags. another reason is shooting prone pmags give you support where as lar mags dont have the length...and if you have coupled lar mags shooting prone unless you use dust covers which are pointless your other bullets are in the dirt/mud. a lot of reasons.
