PMC 5.56mm 62gr M855 1000 round cases

Ordered a case. The question I have is, does "taxes in" include HST for those of us in Ontario etc., or is it GST only?

@wrxs Poor form to advertise for another retailer in a sponsor's forum. This is about as cheap as I've seen 62gr reloadable ammo go for recently. The winchester is 55gr which is everywhere at low prices.

Transaction is in AB, either case we're charging no taxes at all until 8PM tonight.

Safe in a rem700 bolt gun (.223) ?

(Sorry if that's a newb question)

Edit- googled ... Durrrr...

Safe for mil spec AR or mini 14, but not recommended otherwise.

Correct?

Check with the manufacturer.

For example:
1) 5.56 Nato and .223 will work in the standard Mini-14, but not in the Target version.
2) Benelli MR1 is stamped .223, but will shoot 5.56.

Hope this helps.

It's not recommended. Some rifles will handle it fine and some won't. If your rifle doesn't like it I'm sure you could resell it no problem.

i believe the rule of thumb is rifle chambered in 5.56 will shoot both safely, but a rifle chambered in .223 will not shoot 5.56 safely.

AND CASE ORDERED! tax in? wow what a deal!
