PMC Ammunition

close range

CGN Regular
I see CanAm is now selling various calibers/types of PMC ammunition. Anyone have first hand experience with this brand? The reviews brought up by google seem to be favorable. At the very least its great to have another option, especially from CanAm and the free shipping!

It is good ammo. No difference from any of the American manufacturers in my exprience with 9mm, .357 & .223.

I'm looking at the X-Tac 62gr 5.56
I know reliability is good. I however hear you're getting a lot of muzzle flash out of it.
Anyone have any info or experience with this? I really don't want any additional reasons to annoy the guys shooting next to me. lol

This is mil spec 5.56 ammo.
I still have a few 1000's in stock, have shot the same quantity. Goes bang all the time, fairly accurate for commercial ammo. Muzzle flash is normal.

really good ammo!
i have been shopoting the stuff for about 2 years.
started with some X-Tac 62Gr.loved it so much that i got 12 cases (1000) of it, and have refilled a few times since.
Then got some 55gr and some 7.62X39mm, also really good and clean to shoot too.
accuracy is as good or better than the regular priced stuff from big reputable companies.
totally recommend it to anyone

I bought 2 boxes of 20 55 gr fmj 5.56 PMC x tac when I bought my new 223 .There were 5 duds in one box and 4 in the other . I tried them all several times and they all had struck primers .

I have used and have in stock...9mm, .40SW, .45 ACP, .357, 7.62 x 51, .223/55gr, 5.56/55 gr/62 gr green tips will not hesitate to purchase this ammo. Cleaner than most, I cannot remember any FTF's.

There is a higher-grade version of PMC ammo around that used to be available in Canada called PMC Scoremaster; is that available? (bricks of .22 LR).

If CanadaAmmo can bring it in, I'd buy several bricks for the right price.
