I just found this deal on G4C, was wondering if it's worth it for plinking 50-200 yards out of my bolt action

https://g4cgunstore.com/product/pmc-x-tac-308-win-150gr-sp-20rds-2/

comes out to $1.5/round (shipping and tax included). I cannot seem to find a lower price/round (within a $200-300 budget)

PMC is good reliable ammo. This particular ammo is not match grade or anything but would be fine for plinking and shooting steel out to 200 yards. Brass is reloadable as well.
$30/box (after tax and shipping) seems like a lot to me but given the way prices are these days it looks reasonable.

If you are just plinking and shooting informal targets there might be other cheaper options using FMJ bullets.

Cheaper options like what? I can only use brass in my rifle so stuff like Barnaul is a no no

PMC Bronze is good quality ammunition for having fun at the range. Accuracy is dependent on your rifle but it will easily shoot 2MOA and probably much better in a decent bolt action. FWIW I've hit 8" gongs at 400 yards with PMC Bronze at 400 yards. SO if you want to smack some steel in a fun setting it's a good choice.

That's great to hear! my order is arriving tomorrow. I'm using a Tikka T3x CTR

Shppg to East Coast makes it ca $350 tx-in = $1.75 / round = $35/bx. I can buy AE for that at Cabelas and Sako for $4 more. Good price if you're not close to a store.
