Most people at mission are slow to pay their yearly dues or only pay every second year etc. The only group that pays their dues on time is the restricted owners. The reason being that we must pay our dues on time in order to maintain our ATT's etc.
I'd love to see the restricted owners at mission show up at the November monthly meeting in large numbers and demand that the single shot rule be changed. If the demand isn't met I'd love to see the restricted owners cancel their memberships and join another club. If this was done in large numbers the club would be forced to listen.
Mission would only have a few choices at that point:
1. They could remove the single shot rule on the rifle range and keep all of annoyed semi auto owners and the problem would be solved. Mission would now begin getting a tonne more memberships than they currently have.
2. Let the restricted firearm owners walk out. At that point the club would be so short of money in order to operate that they would have to either remove the rule or begin renting the range out on a regular basis in order.
Just my very frustrated thoughts.
