POF Lower Receivers

Hey guys,

Does anybody know where we could get these in Canada?

I think ArmsEast had them at one point. Barring getting one up here, could they be imported up here?

Any help would be great, as I'd like to get a project rifle going.

Seen exactly one show up in the EE. Doesn't seem like they're very common atm.
