Pulling the action out of the stock should not be something you normally do. POI shift from that process *may* be normal on your rifle.
Fire a couple of rounds to seat the action into the stock and set the rifle aside. Let it cool down and "relax" for maybe a half hour or more. Better yet, take it home and come back the next day. If it settles down and stays put, just remember to run it out to settle it any time you pull the stock.
The thing you really want to know is how consistent the first three shots out of the barrel are going to be. The starting point generally is going to be a cold barrel and a rifle that's been sitting around for days or weeks.
