I pense a nice old Ithaca or BPS.
I sure wouldn't trust an Express Ramitthong on my life.
I like the Ithicas as well as the BPS as far as bone stock, factory guns go, Mossy 590's as well.
My dead set favorite as far as pump guns go is the 870 because of the ease and adaptability
of the buggers due to the huge aftermarket support, simplicity of design and proven reliability
over so many years.
I'm no fan of Express's due to s**t workmanship and sloppy tolerances, but I ain't seen one explode
yet with factory loads neither.
Of course, one can't discount the Winchester 1200/1300 series either because they are a stronger
action due to solid bolt to barrel lock-up. (Like an AR-15) Only hiccup with these puppy's is
not a big aftermarket support for them, and for some strange reason a lot of people think of
them as cheapo, crap guns........They're so F-ing wrong.
