Please keep in mind that Glock is anal about the division between it's LEO and civilian sales. I would not expect to be getting pinned 17 round mags.

ianfxmen, I hate to #####, but if your e-mails are similar to your posts, that may explain why you are being ignored. Punctuation counts. Upper and lower case are there for a reason. Please don't take this as a slam, but if it's hard to read, it does tend to go to my ignore pile. Perhaps Jo is the same?

yep sorry, i just try verry hard to write in english.I am french and it is dificult for me to write so i forget my punctuation, i will try and punctuate my phrases better i appolagise

Don't worry. It took four years and a few used copies of Hooked On Phonics, but BadBoyBeeson has improved remarkably. There is always hope.;)

I still don't get why leo's have full capacity mags for shooting at the range etc. Are all LEO's above the c-68 rules? Can they also buy MP5's etc? Or are they just except from mag laws?

Off duty and with there personally owned guns, they ain't exempt from anything. If they are engaged in practice with the issued guns and approved by there chain of command, they can use all the fun toys.

When it comes to Police Ordnance, keep in mind that they are now representing Glock for both the civilian and LEO market. Glock insists the inventories be kept seperate, and religiously documented. There is a signifigant price difference. PO will not be selling Glocks to civilians, just to dealers. I suspect but don't know as fact that there sales of accessories may also be limited now to dealers. PO will continue to sell to individual officers/EMT's etc, as that is a Glock program. When possible, they will still sell police trade in guns direct to the public.

I got a quote from them not that long ago for a new Glock, as far as I know they will sell their products to civilians without hassle. Glock mags are of the 10 round variety (no pinned mags).

Right now the only way you'll get a new Glock out of PO is if you have LEO/EMT etc credentials, or are a dealer. This is direct from Brians mouth as of Jan 5th, 2007. They are not out to compete with the civilain dealers they serve.

They will still sell trade in's direct to the public when they come in.
