Guys,

Just wondering if you can give me an approx, value of what I think is a Polish Mosin M44 1952. All numbers are matching.
Has been sitting in my safe for the last 15 years. I've shot it about 10 rounds myself non corrosive very accurate. Excellent condition no rust or pitting.
With sling.

The only issue is the bayonet has been removed as shown in picture 3.

Much appreciated.

Ill throw out a quote

$250- $300

If it looks like an M38, it should fetch current m38 prices. If it had the bayonet obviously value would be more.

Major collector cash devaluation on the Bayonet. Its still a really nice rifle to shoot however. I'm thinking you would do well if you got 300 bucks.

175 to 275. 375+ if it still had the bayo. Sometimes on ebay I have seen Polish bayonet lugs. Usually around 40 bucks. That may be an option too.

Thanks guys for the info. Its really too bad it does not have the bayonet definitely not a collectors piece anymore.

Just a friendly reminder this is not the EE. Any buying and selling in a non EE forum will get you an infraction........

Oh and at the posted estimates I'll have to look at my collection again. I bought a few when SIR was clearing out stock. $45 each :)
