Polish Radom Vis wz 35 Navy

Mark44

Have reread this entire post several times, I must apologize to you at this time, your original post and in particular your number 5 post in which you state your pistol has matched German serial numbers clears everything up, I should have reread this portion more closely, I understood your post to mean that you had an original prewar serialed Vis-35--my error.

Now that this part is clear in my head I have no issues calling your prewar 1939 dated slide Vis -35 pistol with matched German serial numbers a bonafide Kriegsmarine procured pistol, what through me for a loop was the serial number on a 1939 dated Polish slide.

Yes the pantographed N property mark is not executed properly but if you look closely at the stylus marks you will note the same stylus was used also on the KM eagle.

Someday when I have more time to offer the CGN site I will photograph some of my own German Naval pistols, mostly from the Imperial era
