Polishing blued Mark II bolt

Can I polish my FV-SR blued bolt(remove bluing) and oil it like every other bolt action so that it does not rust?
Also, can anyone point my to a step-by-step to fully disassemble the bolt for cleaning/polish the insides as well.

Would Break-Free CLP suffice or will I need a lighter gun oil for bolt/internals?
