Polygonal barrels and jags

Hey, CGNers,

I was unsuccessful in my attempt to search for existing threads but just wondering if a jag can be used in a polygonal barrel. My guess is no and the guy at my store said no after not knowing what polygonal rifling is (amazing)...

Yes, why would you think not. I use them in my glock and noveske barrel.

Ah okay. Thanks for the info.

The reason why I thought not is because obviously with lands and grooves, the jag could fit within the circumference made by the lands. I thought with polygonal rifling, the circumference of the jag would be just a teeny bit too big because of the twist... ya, I dunno LOL.
