I picked up a Glock 19 last winter with the intent of modding it. Frame stiple and reshape, slide milling, etc.

I recently saw the whole Polymer 80 thing where you build your own pistol with the parts you want. Made more sense to me than hacking up a perfectly good pistol. Did a search on here and found nothing.

Is the whole Polymer 80 building not a thing up here? Is there a Canadian source for parts kits?

Ah ha, I see why I didn't find that thread, I searched "Polymer 80". That space made all the difference.

Going to go order up the tan one and cancel the black one I just ordered from another site.

The cost difference to get a complete firearm isn't a concern. I'm fine with aftermarket parts to make a complete custom gun. That's what I wanted anyway. I'll be doing the slide milling myself. The slide blanks from Brownells are dirt cheap and I've got the machines to do it.

Awesome man. Update us in the future with how it goes!

Just ordered a PF940C frame in grey with the plan of slowly piecing it together. Slide, sights, and upper parts kit will be from Brownells. I can't find anyone in Canada who sells a LPK for less than $200, but IRG has all the parts individually and it's significantly cheaper. That just leaves a barrel...
