I picked up a Polymer 80 frame from the EE but the rails are a bit our of spec. The guy I bought it from said he didn't know that when he sold it to me .

Polymer 80 told me there was a quality issue with some of their rails so they sent me a new one, albeit to a US address since they don't ship to Canada. I'm trying to get this one to fit by filing and sanding but I'm having a hard time trying to figure out where the interference is. Has anyone successfully put one of these together that had this same issue?

I had a PF940C frame with a droopy front end that caused tension on the rails and wouldn't let it cycle smoothly. It was obvious as soon as I mounted the slide. I got my frame through CTC Supplies so they got me a new frame. It took about a month or so, but the process was relatively painless.

I also asked this guy where he bought it so I could ask them about a replacement but he said he didn't remember. Clearly he bought it from someone, found out it was bad and offloaded it to me. Such is life.
