Polymer frame Hi-Power

The only advantage I can see would be the weight difference. Could some explain why a polymer frame would be better then steel? Is it to do with wear and tear?

Advantage of polymer are lower cost and weight.

Most of ther polymar frame have steel insert for the slide and therefore no wear and tear to the flame and I believe they are stronger than alumium frame.

Interesting but it looks like the grip angle is slightly changed. The way the HP fits the hand is it's best feature IMO. I'd like to see one up close....

They could have made it at least LOOK like a gun. Maybe stippled grips and place the rear where it's supposed to be.

The problem with this statement, at least the price part, is that we would never see that advantage, it'd be gobbled up by the manufacturer and the middlemen. I'm sure we'd end up paying the same or more than for the original.
