Poor patterns with standard velocity

There hasn't been much of a price increase on the higher end ammo through all the craze. Not many plinkers running Eley, Lapua/SK, and RMS. I do however love the smell of the SK but not a big fan of the wax, especially on cold day when the bullets will actually stick to things.
