the muzzle brake makes a HUGE difference on the Fabarm...I shot both the Pro Forces and the SAT8 fitted with the mb and recoil was far lighter than what I am used to out of my gun.

The red circle below is a 5 shot string with the Pro Forces

So now the question is..should I spend more money and go for the mb? A part of me says yes but another part says that the recoil and watching people (including me!) fall on their a$$ when shooting the darn thing is part of the Fabarm "experience"

Don't go telling him that!! Now we'll never hear the end of it!  :p

Then again, if his head swells it might throw off his aim next year in Lone Butte, hmm...

I've shot his Fabarm and found the recoil very manageable. I've never tried it without the brake though.

Jeez, what a weird feeling.... I've never been right before!

TRL1; that brake is only a lousy 49 bucks or so from TSE. Live a little! And while you're at it, order up the regular stock too - it'll feel like a completely different gun!

Kid; I'm bringing up the Steyr, and the Savage next week ... you going to be around?

When I shot it was the brake on?

It didn't feel like it kicked very much, just like regular slugs.

PS Congrats for being correct for the first time ever, POPCAN.

Wait'll I tell the wife!

LMAO

only $50? damn I could have bought one (at a discount even) from TSE yesreday...I thought it would have been twice that....then again, I still haven't decided...

BTW, i don't think it is safe for me to order the regular stock..I am not sure what would happen with you if you were right twice in a row!
