POSP VS ELITE 4200, Same price, Which is better?

Where did you get the price of $329 for the Elite, since it is $749 according to the link also what rifle are you putting the scope on. I recently examined a POSP scope on a CSA 58 rifle in 223 at Reliable and was quite impressed by the weight of the rifle and the scope combination with the SVD type side mount.

Which scope

If you are going to put the scope on a Sporting type rifle, the go for the Elite 4200 by far. You can use almost any standard base and rings, and the scope itself is designed for sporting uses. Also, warranty is probably better with the Elite, and it has an extensive dealer network.

The POSP was designed for Military purposes. The mounting of the scope on a rifle might be difficult. If you are thinking about the rangefinder function, it is designed for approximation on man sized targets, 1.5 meters for the AVERAGE belt to head height, and .5 meters for the AVERAGE head size.

:) Giants and Pygmies can throw out the calculations.:)

As pointed out by RHINO62, the price you quote seems low for the Elite 4200. I would check by phone to make sure.
.

Addendum: I just checked your link to Wholesale Sports. There is only one 3x9 Elite scope listed amongst a list of many different models.

However, the Wholesale price says "STARTING FROM $329". Chances are the 3x9 will be a lot more than this price. It could be anywhere from $329 to $749.

, choose 3-9x40, the price is $329

according to what you said, isn't this price very charming?

1.5 metrer = 4.9 ft belt to head+ 4.9ft belt to feet = 9.8ft man.

I hope if I'm getting shot at with one these rangefinder scopes they use it with this formula lol!:D
