POSP weaver mount on VZ/CZ

Has anybody mounted the POSP scope with built in weaver mount on VZ/CZ side mount with pic rail?

I can't find any pictures and just wondering how high the optic would sit.

Never mind, I'll just have a channel milled into the VZ side plate to allow the use of a posp or the VZ side mount & red dot.

Anybody in the Coquitlam area have a mill in their basement for a 2 minute job?

Funny you ask, I literally just did that.

Thanks for the picture. It's clear that if I used the posp weaver/side mount it would be way too high.

FYI, the dust cover mount is very solid and actually lines up with the rifle, not like other kinds of side-mount optics that are to the side.

That looks great! I have been debating the cover mount for a while...and the fact that it is onsale at Zahal right now doesn't help! How is the cheek weld? Do you find you are to far forward?
