Possible cause of BPS misfire

I’d pull the firing pin and check it furr bent.
Bit awf center.
Don’t think it came new like this.

Revival of a necrothread, finally got around to disassembling the shotgun.
Kamlooky was right...firing pin bent like a banana, new one on order. Thanks Kamlooky!
