Possum in Eastern Ontario

Hah, id put that out on one of the american forums... can you eat possum ? Good gravy did that post ever start a frackus... in the end, eventually it was agreed that nobody eat them and they were indeed ..nasty

Just like eating a fish duck up here... just nasty

Seen one or two this year local to me.
The Coyote Population really decimated them .
But, the Skunks and Raccoons haven't been decimated as much.
The Cats and Fluffy little Dogs haven't remained unscathed either.
Enjoy them when you see them, by this I mean in the wild when they are doing there thing and not as road kill.
Anyone got a recipe for Possum Pie a'la Beverly Hillbillies ?
