the lifter snaps up too high causing the bullet to hit the chamber top and the round will not chamber,pressing down slightly causes the lifter to snap down to the proper angle,then it will chamber. any idea how to correct this?
Sounds like you need a new lifter. Western gun parts or maybe Epps would have one. You could try removing it and try to bend back to right posistion if it is not a cast one.
