its a old marlin model 1893 that is in real ruff shape from my grandfather. the reciever aperes to be blown out a bit too. more of a wall hanger

Here is my contribution. An 1894 (1913) in 32-40. It was given to me by an elderly gent who didn't want it. I've never fired it. I also have a Winchester model 150 rimfire but no picture to post yet.

The F-I-L hunted this rifle as a young man in the forests of Maine and Connecticut many years ago... by the time the family moved out west in the mid-60's, he did not hunt anymore, and it sat idle since except for cleaning every 6 months like clockwork. He recently gave it to me for Christmas.

Nice gun! - I wonder about the DOM though, Winchester came out with the 32 WS in 1902 according to a few references including Winchester catalogs. Any factory letter on this one? Be interesting to know if this was sent back to Winchester to be re-chambered in 32 WS.
