Hello Gents,
I'm not sure if this has been done before but if not let's give it a try. Time to show of some of your safe queens!
First one is my newly acquired Remington Rand 1911A1, manufactured in 1943. Nothing special but it's all original with no signs of ever being rebuilt/refinished.
The second one is a Colt 1911A1 manufactured in 1943 as well. It too is all original with no signs of having been refinished. This one also has the serial numbered slide.
