I would not say that 4 calls, a shotgun, a vest and a box of shells is a lot of gear. Lots of guys will be adding a blind and decoys to the list. You might consider adding some ammo to your gear as well Coltfan, might give you a bit more range (JK). I am too busy with work this year to hunt turkey (and last year and the year before...). I keep thinking I'll make time, but...?
 
Wow, somebody spent some cash this year:p

I am one ta talk, with tags:mad: $22 ea, I am up ta about $150 this year. Man that turkey better taste good!

P.S. get some sandpaper on that pot call if ya want it ta sing properly.

- RedHead 'Jerry Martin' box call (very nice)
- Beard- Buster vest
- Nikon Travelite 10x25 binoc's
- Petzl head lamp (very handy)
- Leatherman tool
- Lockblade knife
- Gerber hand saw
- Folding seat
- Jake/Hen folding decoys

Wow you guys got so much stuff, I forgot to include my turkey call in my pic. It's the Quaker box X allumium pot call.

It's my first year, I hope we all get atleast 1 :D

SBEII with a 24" Turkey Barrel, Carlson Ported .665 Turkey Choke, Holosight.
Backup gun is a SBEI with a 26" barrel with a 30mm reddot.
I think my turkey guns are the best ones in the whole world...;)

what the hell is that little box attached to your barrel there Redd? Looks dahm silly....HAHA I see you didn't forget to put your TIKKA-MAN glasses in there. Couldn't ya get one of those new holo sights....geezzz ya think you'd get with the times! What are the bino's for....to watch your bird run away after you've missed him??

The little box is a trurkey sniffer... it beeps when you are close to a Turkey... I have to take the batteries out when I am hunting with Chilly... it beeps constantly when he is within a 100 yards.:p
 
Ok here it is, man I got a lot o junk! This pile doesnt even have the camo clothing in it. It all fits in the vest and backpack, believe it or not..

Like I've said before.....I'm the absolute worst turkey caller you could ever hear! Heck fellas who get punished for an hour or two sat down beside me calling are usually blessed with a bird that just couldn't stand it anylonger and came to shut me up. They sometimes shoot the bird through the spit in the air that is often mistaken for fog or the tears in their eyes from the pain of listening to me.

Redd and Darryl have both been PUNISHED chilly style and can contest to the anguish of turkey hunting with me.
