how do you post pictures????... I see how to get web pictures but how do I post my own?

Get yourself an account at http://photobucket.com/ and upload your pics to your account there. Then go to the IMG code, I think it is the bottom option under your uploaded photo. Then, copy the IMG code and paste it into your post.

You copy the direct link on Photobucket which is next to the photo you want to post: http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y164/RichardOldfield/Model10.jpg. Then hit the insert image button above the message you are typing and a box will open up with http://,, paste the http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y164/RichardOldfield/Model10.jpg there and hit enter. you should see something like this:
