Posts and Feedback Score

From time to time when I am looking through the EE I come across members who have good feedback scores but "0" posts... since you have to put up a post in order to sell something here how is this possible???? am I missing something?.....

Once the item is sold, the ad is removed, hence zero posts.

Posts made in the EE do not qualify towards a users post count.

But you Still have to do at least 1 post before you are allowed access to EE don't you? You are required to post a greeting?

Not necessarily. You can pm a mod I believe.

Yes, I've seen banned trolls use this tactic to beef up their post count.

My own opinion is that a good introduction should be the prerequisite to being permitted onto the EE.

Those posts do count actually. You always see the regular post count stackers in the welcome/introduction threads.
Search their post history. They contain thousands of accumulated "Welcome to CGN!" posts.
