Potential glitch on ordering website ? *Updated at Post #9*

So while checking on my Norc 1911 Combo status I see that the 7.62x51 appears to have come down in price - methinks "mmmm, won't be shooting that in any of my .308's but you never know maybe I will get back into the M14 game sometime" and so I place an order. All goes well until I see that this new order has been assigned the same number as my outstanding Norc Combo order. Heart rate fluttering and being of a generation that grew up before these here 'puters took over the World I check my order status and see that it now reads "edited by user - not yet processed". Probably worrying over nothing but I did send the admin a note just in case the program had a glitch and my long awaited Norc Combo order was somehow overwritten or deleted (OMG, don't even think such thoughts LOL !)

Anyone else seen this happen ?

Try calling them..

That was option 1 mate. Tried a number of times. I know they are busy but I hope that I haven't messed up one order by ordering something else. Was hoping someone else had had same experience and could say no worries - happens all the time etc. Oh well, gotta sit tight and see what happens I guess
 
A few glitch exist in their website. After ordering ammo and stuff, I ordered a T97 and when I got back to this order it appears that the T97 has been shipped with the ammo. Tried cancelling the ammo (that was shipped out already).I'm still getting the total price, and the order is marked has shipped and "edited by user"

Maybe I'm the first in Canada that will be receiving the next gen T97 :rockOn:


Ps. sending an email to Paul has resolved some issues in the past, these guys are great, just too freekin busy!
 
Exactly the same thing happened to my combo order, went on site , checked my status then while im here lets order an outlaw and a back packer, the computer merged all my stuff to one order, emailed them and they got back to me sayin its all good and they will ship everything together, with that said, I ordered on the 23rd and its over a month with no ship date

If your order is not yet processed it will automatically keep your cart open for additions/editing. Worried me too, the first time. Now I just shrug at the fact that its still not processed, and make it bigger :D Presumably since an order number has already been assigned to your order, it will remain in que through the editing process and not get kicked to the back of the line :runaway:

Just heard back from CanAm via email - there was a computer glitch in the ordering. Fortunately it is now fixed. Anyone in the same boat may want to shoot them an email.
