Powder burn on stainless

Hoppes used to have a Gun Wipe cloth that would clean like crazy, including take blueing off a gun. I have some of these that I use only for stainless guns, they work great but I haven't seen them around lately.

X2 Its a yellow tough cloth excellent for cyclinder face

i use never-dull (canadian tire) with great success. flitz is supposed to be good to albeit a bit more messy.

you may be absolutely right, in thinking about it.

a old hot rodding bud from my youth and i both had centerline racing wheels on our cars. i used never-dull, he used flitz. his satin finish centerlines looked like chrome in no time, while mine never did (i only used never-dull for cleaning them).

Why not keep the cosmetic powder burns and go for the "well used" look.
