Does anyone have a reasonable explanation for some differences in burn rates? In the .243 Winchester, using the 105 grain Hornady A-Max, 42.0 gr. of H414 shows a velocity of 3000. 42.0 gr. of H4350 shows 2614. Yet these two powders are 87 and 92 respectively on the Burning Rate Chart. 45.0 gr. of H4831 shows a velocity of 2940, and it is 99 on the chart. Should I be confused?
