Powder charge or seating depth first

Planning to work up from minimum in 5 increments, with 50 thousandths jump to start.

I recommend you not to chase the land, rifle lands are constantly getting erode away as you shoot. It will cost you more time at the reloading bench, with diminished results.

after WWII, there were multiple reviews indicating that not all measurements are valuable. Just because you can measure something that doesn't mean the measurement has meanings.

When you keep chasing the lands, your case volume would increase, which will lead to changes in pressure and barrel harmonics. (muzzle velocity and groups)
