Powder coated bullets

Just watched a Utube about coating bullets with powder paint and baking in oven.
Also hear that CCI? sell powder coated ammo.

My question --- Any evidence or fear of plastic deposits in the barrel??

Anyone have any experience ?

I've been shooting my own powder coated cast bullets for years now. No PC deposits or leading in the barrels. Check out the Bullet Making section for more info.

If anything, you will only get a bit of powder fouling

Not only do they not deposit the powder coating but I find that they will remove residual lead deposits as well if they are not too heavy.
