Powder Flask Information.

Does anyone have any info on this?

Thought to be a powder flask, looks to be hand blown in a mold. There is a mold line around the side.

Was actually found IN Burlington on a construction site (not by me)

Please reduce the size of your pictures.
It's far more likely to be a old medicine or perfume bottle than a powder flask. Nobody would want a powder flask that is easily broken.

The glass seams pretty tough, the guy who found it said it had remnants of a leather cover that was on it.

I thought the glass was odd too, but then thought if it was something else it would have a flat bottom.

Are the pics too big? They are regular size on my laptop.
 
Pics are fine. Sunray, you can probably set your browser to resize photos automatically to fit your screen.

yeah looks like a pocket flask for booze, if it were in a leather sheath even more so.

1906 was the year that they started using the automatic bottle machine in the good old US of A and they were always threaded for a scew top. It made bottle making cheap and efficient. They didn't start using the ABM in Canada on a regular basis until after WW1 even though it was introduced here around 1913. The bottle just looks machine made to me and that's how I came up with the date.
